The Rhythm Method release astounding new hit ‘Something For The Weekend’ + video

The brand new song by The Rhythm Method is an indie funk hit. The Rhythm Method have a reputation of generally creating songs which have their own unique style. With no doubt, Something For The Weekend follows that trend of individualism within the bands music.

The band have created an incredible song which gives off feel good vibes. Throughout the song, a simple beat flows which is then layered up with other instruments as the song progresses. The use of percussion adds a eccentric touch to the track.

Without a doubt there will be many more astounding tracks to follow from the distinctive duo.

They have been described by many as the new Streets with their distinctive sound and quirky lyrics.

The video is described as ‘An ode to summer, infatuation and a good haircut, it depicts a hazy late summer day, ringing with equal measures giddiness and melancholy. ‘

The duo from London are heading out on tour in October but before that they will be supporting fellow Londoners Shame on their tour:
