Palace Winter Return With Stunning New Single ‘Take Shelter’, and Announce New Album

Copenhagen based Australian duo, Palace Winter are back with a gorgeous, synth and piano led track entitled ‘Take Shelter’.

This is the bands first new material since their 2016 debut album ‘Waiting For The World To Turn’ and the new track is as stunning as the rest. The track opens with a gorgeous piano, which blends in with the duo’s easy-listening harmonies. When the chorus strikes, a loud and blasting synth takes centre stage on the track. It is a much slower paced track compared to others from the bands catalogue of synth led rhythm guitars and thumping beat, yet still has that same impact that the band delivered on their debut record.

Palace Winter have also announced that their second record ‘Nowadays’ will be released on May 4th and I am personally very excited to hear whats next from the band. If the lead single is anything to go by, Palace Winters second album is one that everyone should  take note of.

Palace Winter have also announced a handful of UK shows in support of the albums release:

  • Reading, The Purple Turtle – March 19th, 2018
  • Bethnal Green, Sebright Arms – March 20th, 2018
  • Manchester, Gullivers – March 21st, 2018
